It operates within a 16-county region in the center of the state, stretching from the Pennsylvania border to the Canadian border. ConnectLife Syracuse is part of the statewide ConnectLife brand headquartered in Buffalo, New York, and serving the western region of the state. In Buffalo, ConnectLife is the first of only two organizations in the country that provide organ, eye and tissue procurement and community blood banking.
