The company was founded by our current President, Mr. Chris Gray, who had the desire to exceed the standard of the day and bring Value, Integrity and Knowledge to firms who were looking for Full Service Mechanical or Plumbing Contractors. Mr. Gray brought his background as a Residential High- Rise Mechanical Foreman for many years, and combined this with his business knowledge and a commitment to superior customer service, to build CMSL into what we are today - a trusted and well respected mechanical contracting firm.
