Coaching is like a partnership of equals, where the coach holds a non-judgemental approach, using a set of skills to allow them to become the best version of themselves. I like to consider it like a walk together, the person decides where they want to go, I as a coach shine the light to find the way. It is a truly rewarding and fulfilling process, witnessing the person’s journey, feeling the safe space and getting to the point of discovering the awareness within. To me as a coach it is hugely important to bring value to the person, to touch a life.
