Characterized delivery catheter significantly improving process capability and throughput from 50 units/week to 600 units/week. Responsible for delivering cost saving designs for improving manufacturability of new product development. Experience developing, running, and analyzing numerous DOEs. Working knowledge of GDP and GMP. Support product development by developing fixtures, processes, and manufacturing documentation. Optimized processes through fixture design/implementation. Working knowledge of medical device industry. Experience working with and leading technical discussions with suppliers.
