We have officially relaunched our flagship strategy - Conquest Quantitative Macro (Conquest QM) – with a significant new and growing seed investment from a large US-based family office. Our senior investment team of 5, which has been at the firm since at least 2007, has been brought back to the firm on a full-time basis. We employ a unique portfolio management process that combines both a bottom-up approach to building high alpha short-term trading models as well as a top-down quantitative macro-overlay based on our Conquest Risk Index, which dictates risk allocation to our sub-strategies. We are an “all-weather” strategy that has historically achieved positive performance in both Risk Seeking and in (especially) Risk Averse periods.
