We are a construction company that sets spaces up for a successful business. UAB ConsAliter started operating in 2012. The company has professional staff and provides a wide range of construction services from general construction works to finishing. There are several specific features defining setup of spaces for commercial, administrative, storage or production activities: • the work required is complex, ranging from demolishing to finishing and decorating, installation of sound and security systems, which necessitates services of a team of professionals in various areas; • all work must be completed on time. Each business has multiple liabilities, not only towards creditors and partners, but also customers, therefore meeting the deadlines is among the priorities; • a restaurant, a store or an office must be opened as soon as possible, which requires working quickly. It is only through excellent coordination of work and application of experience in non-standard situations that really fast completion can be ensured; • work may be required to be completed under challenging conditions: at open shopping malls or business centres, in old town areas or simply in rooms that were previously used for doing entirely different business. Competences to do all this are essential for a construction company capable of carrying out tasks independently, without interfering with the customer’s regular business. Since the establishment of the company it set up a great number of stores, administrative spaces, cafes, and restaurants in Lithuania, with areas from 50m2 to 600m2, including popular restaurants Manami, Charlie Pizza, Can Can, Dodo Pizza, Caif Cafe, La Crepe, Bonocossi, Sugamour and many more.
