Conscious Mastery

Established in 2003, Conscious Mastery® is a journey of personal freedom, self mastery and spiritual growth. To recognize and free yourself from the invisible forces of denial, judgment and guilt and become an active participant in the life you've always dreamed of. Discovering the strength and courage that lies within, making change not only possible, but preferable. Learning to Live Life Whole, Happy and Free!™ This is the path I share. For several years I facilitated Conscious Mastery® group classes and workshops. Participants explored meditation, journal writing, art, music, sound and body movement, and breathing techniques as pathways to understand themselves and release negative energy. My private practice included both adults and teens. As a recording artist I created two genres. Conscious Rock™ and Intentional Groove™ (meditation). In 2009 I was inspired to write my first book ‘Conscious Mastery ~ Freedom From the Inside Out’ (available everywhere) as a way to share what I have learned with others. My personal story of recovery as well as simple tools and action steps are within the pages of this book. It is my hope that what I offer brings understanding and a renewed or deeper connection between the reader and their own inner healer, inner teacher, inner guide, and the Source of All That Is. Real change is not only possible …it is preferable! The much awaited Conscious Mastery® Certified Facilitator program, and the Conscious Mastery® Life Course, personal training program, were both inspired in part by the book ‘Conscious Mastery ~ Freedom From the Inside Out’. The Conscious Mastery® Facilitator (CMF) certification is a comprehensive program designed for those currently assisting clients and groups in their personal and spiritual growth.
