Consejo Hispano

Consejo Hispano is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the only culturally-specific organization that serves the Latinx community of Clatsop, Columbia, Tillamook Counties in Oregon as well as Pacific County in Washington. We center Latinx youth and Latinas in NW Oregon and SW Washington. Our Vision: Fostering resilient, prosperous, and powerful Latinx communities in which people and families flourish. Our Mission: We support community well being by ensuring people can: provide for themselves and one another, build intergenerational wealth, and stay connected to our culture. Our Strategic Priorities: Community Self-Determination: Build access and opportunities for advocacy and leadership Economic Empowerment: Expand access to resources ensuring equitable outcomes Cultural Appreciation: Increase awareness, experiences, and understanding of Latinx culture
