Consell General
El Consell General exerceix el poder legislatiu a Andorra i està constituït per vint-i-vuit consellers generals, elegits per sufragi universal per un període de quatre anys. És unicameral, però en la seva composició disposa d’una doble representació, la nacional i la territorial, d’acord amb les circumscripcions electorals. Dels vint-i-vuit consellers generals, catorze són elegits en la circumscripció nacional, proporcionalment, i catorze per les set circumscripcions parroquials, dos per cada parròquia, per majoria simple.
