YOU would like to gain skills to solve conflicts? YOU would like to help others solving conflicts? YOU would like to understand conflict dynamics and different interests involved? YOU would like to work as a mediator? WE, CONSENSUS CAMPUS, are offering a wide range of trainings, seminars and workshops teaching you to become a certified mediator, conflict controller and coach. WE are a team of experts working as mediators and coaches. WE would love to share our experiences, forward our knowledge and support YOU in developing your own mediative style! What is the role of a mediator? What are the principles of mediation? What role does the law play within a mediation? What is justice? What is fairness? Those and many more questions are part of our modules we teach within the mediation training. Our training takes place twice a year with a duration of about 5-6 months: each module is taught during one weekend.
