Athens Declaration 1992 At CONSENTIR, we are compelled by the profound belief that we are all one of a kind; that women deserve equal participation within all spheres of social and private life; and that barriers that have obstaculed our full integration, can be knocked down through language and communications. Society and lesgislation are moving accordingly, promoting and solidifying our participation and leadership. In an evolving scenario of concepts such as 'quotas','parity' and 'glass ceiling', we set out to lead new selection, validation and placement strategies. We conceive and address systems as a whole (organizations, groups and individuals), to assure these -sometimes imposed- transitions are the most benefitial for all those involved. We work the unique, manifest and potential value in each woman and their sorroundings, to make sure that we are key elements in whatever role we choose and the teams we integrate.
