Considr is an innovative Monitoring & Evaluation and Research firm that works with non-profit organizations, donors, corporates and government departments providing specialized services. We have worked in multiple sectors including Transparency & Accountability, Information Communication Technology, Environmental Campaign, Health, Media, among others. Fresh is a word that is used often to refer to our team. We are enthusiastic, passionate professionals delivering monitoring, evaluation, and planning, with a strong focus on participatory approaches and facilitation using the most cost-effective and innovative techniques. Considr was founded by Charlene Migwe together with other experienced professionals in the M&E, Innovations and Programme Management sectors. The Board of Considr includes Jane Delorie, a long standing researcher who headed Research Solutions in 22 African countries and Al Kags, a globally recognised innovations expert and transparency advocate.
