The Consortium’s mission is working to ensure that all students in our region start school ready to learn and graduate with the skills for careers, citizenship and lifelong learning. We create initiatives that strengthen and broaden school leadership, engage community and empower youth. We bring resources, improvements and community support to public schools and relentlessly advocate for excellence and equity in public education for all students. Our work is inspired and driven by an unshakable belief that public education is fundamental to a democratic society and that public schools are essential to our economic vitality
