In 2012, two professionals came together to found Constance. Both, Sajit and Arvind, given their professional experiences, had seen over a decade of power point consulting which was invariably delivered in silos and lacked pragmatism; and was not greatly valued by Clients. Consequently, the vision, admittedly clichéd, was to establish a niche advisory firm delivering end to end, holistic solutions across management consulting and capital advisory – a One Stop Shop. Today, both are proud to say that Constance has delivered on its mission and services clients in varying stages of maturities across various geographies and industry sectors.
