Our goal at Construct-Ability is to provide our clients with a constructible project at a fair market value. Our contracting background and hands-on experience inform our work, which ultimately results in fewer change orders, higher quality bids, limited delays, and an overall smoother, more efficient construction process for our clients. We want to keep projects from sitting on shelves for years and keep utility agencies from postponing projects due to busted budgets. The team at Construct-Ability specializes in pre-construction services, including conceptual estimating, constructability reviews, contract document reviews, cost estimating, project scheduling, claim disputes, change order reviews, and value engineering. We also provide services to the project as it develops, such as project delivery participation and on-site construction management. The water and wastewater markets are our forte. We've worked with San Antonio River Authority, San Antonio Water System, New Braunfels Utilities, and the cities of Brownwood, San Marcos, Fredericksburg, Cedar Park, Austin, and Oklahoma City. Other clients include Murfee Engineering, DCS Engineering, Tetra Tech, S & GE, HDR, Kimley-Horn, Jones & Carter, and S&B Infrastructure.
