Construction Associates (CA) was registered in Eswatini in 1977 with the vision to become the kingdom’s top building contractor. Since then it has grown and established an impeccable reputation of successfully delivered building projects around the kingdom. Our completed project portfolio includes a variety of commercial structures such as multi-storey office blocks, factories, shopping complexes and hospitals. CA is involved as a joint venture partner that is responsible for the construction of two of Eswatini’s flagship building projects - the International Convention Centre (ICC) and Five-Star Hotel (FISH) in Ezulwini with a combined value of over 3 billion Emalangeni. Other projects include building a distillery, bridges, culverts, pipelines and water filtration plants. All these sustainable projects have a significant bearing on the socio-economic development of our kingdom. As part of our growth over the years, the company’s capital base and investment in plant and equipment has expanded substantially. CA is registered as a ‘Category B1’ contractor with the Construction Industry Council of Eswatini (CIC). Backed by the CIC grading, the sky is literally the limit. Construction Associates often work hand in hand with Inyatsi in the Eswatini market, since its shareholding was taken over in 2009 by Inyatsi Group Holdings. The advanced technical methods and systems of Inyatsi, combined with the experience from Construction Associates, have complemented well to produce a stable and modernised building construction company. In all that we do, we remain steadfast in our commitment to operate with discipline, control and quality; while adhering to the highest safety standards. This is guided by several international systems that we are affiliated to. Part of these accreditations are ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certificates in respect to quality, safe civil engineering, concrete construction and associated work standards.
