DISADVANTAGED EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE This initiatives Mission is to provide as many opportunities as we possibly can to Empower our local youth by Employing them. For Decades we’ve watched the effects of social programs that were a part of every high school's curriculum that taught trades to those that didn’t want or couldn’t go to college be eliminated. Trades like Welding, Auto Repair, Construction etc. As a result we have in our communities two to three generations of youth and young adults that have such limited opportunities they resort to bad decisions, crime, and many become burdens on the welfare system. Which in turn creates more generations of the same. This is how we do our small part to combat this social epidemic by providing opportunities that not only pay a wage while learning the skill of working, but for some learning entrepreneurship to be their own bosses. We provide jobs and skill building opportunities for those that need them the most but get them the least! To join by hiring us or help in other ways: disadvantaged-youth-empowerment-initiative - Who are we? Our founder learned to clean in the US Navy back in the 80's. From there he went on to various jobs on many different construction sites. From Demolition, to the 3 stages of cleaning, he gained the knowledge and experience to not only clean but to OSHA safety standards. This also gave the skills and insight to safely navigate any worksite, and keep the job moving without interrupting more priority jobs going on. This is trained and translated into our culture with every employee, contractor, or subcontractor we work with. We put pride and value in everything we do!
