As a general contractor we contract the complete job with sub contractors and self performing for trades we can complete in house with our own employees. This also includes -Design Build, working with Architects from concept to complete project-Project Management, managing the project to ensure it is done in a timely and cost effective manner-Owner Representative, Represent the owner and report all activities and progress of work on a daily basis.
