Construction Thermal Service, Inc. started business in 1994 at a small office in Blaine, MN as a specialty construction company supplying and installing insulated metal panels to food production companies. Since then, with a lot of hard work, we have grown to a company that can operate in all 50 states and the Caribbean. CTS is a contractor that can manage your IMP project focusing on quality and craftsmanship. Construction Thermal Services, Inc. is proud to have three divisions to handle all your Insulate Metal Panel needs. Thermal Construction Specialists is our U.S. cold storage division that services all 50 states. Caribbean Cold Storage Solutions is our Puerto Rico cold storage division providing services in the Caribbean Region. CTS Aerospace is our division that manages all our aerospace facilities within the United States.
