Construo Consulting is a small technology company with extensive experience and expertise. We offer a wide range of consulting services in business development, digitization, IT strategy, analysis, architecture, design, integration, product development and project management We utilize agile methods and can effectively and with high quality deliver a project from initial planning to implementation. We have a broad network, and cooperate with several consulting companies in Norway, Sweden, England and Germany when relevant. Right now, our main focus is on System design and development, Privacy and GDPR, and IT Strategy and Systems Architecture. System design and development - We employ lean methods, like Design Sprint, Scrum, Kanban, etc, throughout all phases of the design and development process. We offer- Education and training in lean methodologies- Facilitation of Design Sprints and workshops- Analysis, design and restructuring of processes and organisational structures- Consultancy in all phases of design and development- Project management. Privacy - EU's data protection regulation, GDPR, is implemented in Norwegian and EU law. This affects all companies and organisations. We offer- Privacy education- Workshops for analysis, mapping, planning and start of privacy projects- Documentation templates for smaller companies- Tools like Ardoq and Sesam for lager companies- Project management of privacy projects- Legal verification of privacy projects- External Data Protection Officer. IT Strategy and Systems Architecture - We assist several smaller companies and organisations with IT strategy and Systems Architecture.
