Kelly Durdey started her lettings career in the City back in 1998, and over the past 15 years has worked predominantly in South East London where she has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the market and the area. At the beginning of 2017 she joined Consult4Property in order to bring her expertise to a small, family-run, independent estate agency so that we could provide a professional yet friendly service to our clients. Nicola Parkins has worked as an estate agent for 15 years starting her career in Mayfair as a trainee lettings consultant and has since worked in South Kensington the city and south east London gaining experience in both sales and lettings she has always worked for high end corporate companies and now wants to use her extensive knowledge and customer services skills to partner in a new business and really give vendors buyers landlords and tenants a professional peace of mind service she's passionate about all aspects of the property industry and really looking forward to a new challenge.
