The Consulting Collective supports clients on their sustainability transformation journey: On the basis of a double materiality analysis, we help companies to develop a holistic sustainability strategy and define measurable goals in the areas of environment, social affairs and corporate governance. We help companies to understand the legal requirements of the EU CSRD and the LKSG (German Supply Chain Act) and to implement auditable processes of ESG reporting data points.
