Project Management Services – Concept to Mechanical Commissioning Ajay Goel and Pardeep Dang, experienced personnel in the field of Projects Management from Concept stage to Commissioning of Chemical Plants, wish to offer their services / support to the Senior Management of organizations for their Project Management, M&A technical due diligences and post M&A integration needs Ajay Goel has thirty seven and a half years of professional experience first with ICI India Ltd and then with Johnson Matthey. He has lead teams or been part of teams to conceptualise, conduct feasibility studies, design, build and commission chemicals manufacturing plants. These include Catalysts Manufacturing plants, Commercial Explosives Manufacturing plants, Fertiliser (Ammonia and Urea) plants’ modernisation projects, Nitrocellulose plant expansion and modernisation projects, Polyurethanes Manufacturing plant and an Adhesives Manufacturing plant and three M&A integrations He enjoys designing and building chemical plants (from the technology development phase right up to commissioning). Pardeep Dang has 40 of professional experience. He has worked in organizations like Richardson & Cruddas, Aker Solutions, L&T and lastly Jacobs Engineering. He was Responsible for all Aker Powergas (worked almost 25 years with them) construction sites in India and abroad. He retired three years back from Aker Powergas and joined L&T, Dahej as Project Director and was responsible for construction of PET 3, PTA 5 & 6 Projects. Worked for 2 years after that with renowned engineering consultant namely Jacobs Engineering and handled complete Soda Ash Plant & expansion of PVC plant. During his long tenure, managed Projects for Mineral Beneficiations Plant, Sugar Plants, Sponge Iron Plant, Hydrocracker for refinery, fired heaters, Chemical Plants in various fields apart from Construction Management for number of plants (big ones – LNG terminal at Dabhol and Alumina Refinery at Lanjigarh).
