In the first two years since it’s launch date, Consumer Solutions’ viral social media marketing campaigns reached over 30 million North American and European consumers, leading to over 1.5 million website visitors, and sales of $3.5 million. To satisfy the demand of over 400 orders and 100 emails a day, Consumer Solutions oversees a warehouse and shipping centre in Shenzhen, China. Customer Service centres are located in the Toronto and the Philippines. Consumer Solutions uses advanced data analysis tools to project and optimize marketing costs by segmenting and isolating target consumer groups by their purchasing behaviours, demographic characteristics, geographic location, and psychographics. This initiative directly led to more efficient marketing campaigns, increasing return on advertising spend from 120% to 300%.
