We provide solutions and aides for meat and poultry producers through developing highly-advanced technologies to detect contamination. Mission: To develop effective and rapid contamination detectors to inspect presence of biological contaminants, by using our technologies meat producers can rapidly ensure food safety and by that consumers receive a contaminant-free meat. Vision: Our technologies will be to cut the long time and the huge laboratory requirements of food contaminants detection, we also aim to aid in the automatization of the meat factories in order to reduce contamination sources. Objectives: • Create detectors have abilities to identify contamination at earlier stages during meat production, thus helping in eliminating the contamination source before its spread or propagation. • Create rapid kits that allow producers to execute an effective biological reaction to identify the biological hazards during the production chain. • Act as consultant to transfer and integrate robotics into meat factories.
