Contemporary Structure Company (COST) is a 100% Saudi owned partnership company, under Commercial Registration No. The day to day management of COST is run by experienced multi-national management team, to handle different form of activities ranging from General Contracting, Commerce, Fabrication, Manpower supply, Operation and Maintenance, and concrete repairs and rehabilitation. The areas of interest for contracting Division are diversified, ranging from Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Electromechanical and Structural projects. COST has executed projects including every skill required for construction: excavation, filling, foundation protection, pre-engineered steel building erection, concrete construction, electrical, mechanical, finishing work, plaster, marble, paint, site development, landscape development, roads and other related works, COST has provided satisfaction to all its clients on these projects, within scheduled time and budget. Recently, in response to the market demand, a new division has been added, the Concrete Repairs and Rehabilitation Division, mainly dealing with restoration of structural integrity by crack injection, rehabilitation of affected concrete structures, industrial floors and prevention of concrete deterioration. It will not be too much to add that COST has been now an approved applicator for M/S Fosam for their range of products. Now that the business conditions have levelled out following the boom years, we are modifying our Business Plans and Policies to better guide our employees in the performance of their duties, to know their responsibilities and to better fit the Current market.
