Continental Precision is a Phoenix-based, AS9100D and ITAR-registered precision machining company supporting U.S. aerospace and defense programs. We specialize in complex, tight-tolerance components produced on advanced multi-axis CNC platforms, including DMG MORI 5-axis machining and a DN Solutions SMX 2100 9-axis mill-turn — one of the few such capabilities in the Valley. Our capabilities support prototype, low-volume, and repeat production, allowing customers to reduce lead times and risk through single-setup machining. We routinely machine aluminum, steel, titanium, and Inconel, and can support full simultaneous 5-axis parts up to 40 inches. Continental Precision serves aerospace, defense, avionics, rotorcraft, sustainment, and advanced systems programs, with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and on-time delivery.
