Continuing Community Care is a new local charity in Croydon. We provide treatment to those suffering from long-term conditions and traumatic injury by means of hydrotherapy and physiotherapy. The dignity of our patients is put at the forefront of our practice- exercise regiments are individualised and provided based on the specific needs of the patient. services provide additional support to ex- NHS and private patients who have completed their treatment course. Our charity will aid local authorities in ensuring each individual receives continued care.
