In other words, business continuity management is much more than a mere disaster recovery plan. Arlene M. Silva, provides the passion and energy that leads ContinuityWorks. She is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) in good standing with Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) and is acknowledged by the International Consortium for Organizational Resilience (ICOR) as an expert in her field. ContinuityWorks is the result of more than 25 years of her management, organizational development, consulting and business continuity management experience.
