Success on Hold is a trading entity for Continuous Communications Pty Ltd. At establishment, the company was as one of the first providers of messages on hold in Australia. Today, we operate as a digital media specialist with our primary focus on Customer Experience (CX). It is an exciting time to be in this industry with technology progressing at unprecedented pace. We aim to take advantage of growth in this sector and expand our operation in the near future. Continual development of our products and services has been key to our success and longevity. 1992 - Continuous Communications expanded into South Africa. The business currently provides retail radio to over 2500 stores and is one of the largest messages on hold suppliers in Africa. 2008 - Australian business replicated the South African model by ventured into background music and retail radio to compliment the on hold messages business. 2013 - After successful implementation of music, we leveraged off our retail skills to expanded our service offering into digital signage. Most recently we have made exciting progress into customer experience assessment by evaluating staff efficiency and profiling customer demographics using WiFi and camera technology. We have a wide spectrum of clients from small business through to listed companies, large multinationals and government. They come from industries including retail, hospitality, clubs, councils, charity & not for profit, mining, industry, agriculture, finance, logistics, motor vehicle dealerships, real estate agents, business services and many others.
