Continuum Physical Therapy was made with you in mind. Our focus is always on the patient, therefore treatments are individualized and care is always one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We do this to ensure undivided attention is maintained and patients don't feel rushed when working with their provider through eliminating the need to transition care to technicians or aides. With one-on-one attention, movement compensations are mitigated, treatments are modified, and your therapy program is advanced to further enhance your recovery. We believe in an approach that encompasses the whole person therefore encourage communication with providers and/or caregivers, which is paramount to improvement and ongoing success following physical therapy completion.
