We offer the following products and services- Electronics Manufacturing Services : Bespoke design and manufacturing service delivering end-to end product life-cycle solutions including testing and calibration, packaging, stocking and distribution- Cable Assembly : UK and far east manufacturing from a single discrete wire to a complex wiring loom. Core competences include over-moulding and PCBA integration- Medical : With ISO 13485 accreditation, we specialise in the design and manufacture of electronics solutions and over-moulded cable assemblies for the medical device market. Experts in material selection, we offer bio-compatible materials, sterilizable by autoclave, EO or irradiation. We have installed a clean room with ISO14644 Class 7 standard to protect & ensure that Bio-burden is not introduced by the manufacturing process- Integration : We offer a PCBA design service specialising in incorporating electronic functions within a cable assembly, from a single component to a complex SMT PCBA, with overmoulding or plastic enclosures- Flexible Circuits : Flexible circuits ranging from single sided / double sided flexis, multi-layer through to complex flex rigid, with custom packaging for automation handling- Connectors : Offering standard (ODU ~ Circular Push-Pull / Ultimate ~ Micro and Nano D Sub-Miniature) and bespoke connectors from a simple pin header through to complex interconnect solutions- Inventory Management : We provide UK inventory management as well as Global logistics and Supply Chain solutions, wherever you are in the world.
