Contract Design Studio offers clients a full menu of services to fulfill all their design needs. Led by Senior Interior Design Manager, Brooke Joseph, we have the resources and tools to design, manage, finish, and render for clients nationwide. Our specialty is in commercial furniture design and specifications, but we don't stop there! We have design resources and contacts that span from small residential to full-scope small commercial interior fit-outs and project management services. We work with individuals, companies, dealer partners, manufacturers and even A&D firms that need that additional support on their team! Our professionals work with a variety of software applications such as CET, 2020 CAP, Giza, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch up, and more. We contract with qualified designers from all over the nation, based on your specific need or project, allowing us to have a nationwide reach for our clients. Our design professionals have a wide mix of specialties and hold various sought-after industry credentials. Some of which include: Green building practices and certifications, WELL accredited professional, NCIDQ certificate holder, Registered Interior Designer, AR-Augmented Reality and VR- Virtual Reality, as well as many more industry certifications. In need of a WOSB, or WBE we can provide that as well. Acting as an extension of your team, we find the RIGHT designer for YOUR specific project and preserve the integrity and confidentiality of your organization.
