Our team of directly employed operatives have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all disciplines within our organisation, with over 75% of our workforce having completed over ten years’ service with us, most of whom hold qualifications in 3 or more disciplines in our field of business. We also implement an apprenticeship programme in order to maintain the supply and quality of workmanship well into the future.
