Contract Wise is an independent project and commercial services consultancy specialising in the planning, management and assurance of capital projects and sustaining works programmes. We have a thorough understanding of engineering, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance management practices in all sectors in which we operate and combine specialist skills in project management, planning, programming, quantity surveying, cost management, strategy and contract management with extensive industry experience to make a difference to the commercial outcomes of our clients’ projects. Using the experience we have gained on some of the largest projects recently completed we help our clients solve complex problems at every stage in the project life-cycle from feasibility through project delivery and closeout.
