Contraria Development

David A. Shaggy formed Contraria Development© after working in real estate for 30 years, to pursue new projects in locations that make geographic and economic sense. The Company is focused on alternative ways of doing business and supports a broader view of multiple industries to enhance the standard business practice. It is focused on bringing forth new schools, sports related ventures and specialty projects in addition to standard ventures in the office, retail and industrial space. Contraria© pursues a commonality between our partners (Public and Private) through equitable discussions and adjustments. The Company believes that all thoughts and visions can be accomplished by coming together and sharing views to achieve beneficial accomplishments. Our Company adapts to market standards rather than forcing the market to accept our business practices. The goal is to work with likeminded people to achieve solutions resulting in high profitability. It believes in matching the right partners to each location enhancing the maximum benefit for all parties. Contraria© also believes in building environmentally friendly projects to the extent possible. The Company is dedicated to developing with consideration to its natural surroundings and neighbors.
