Control Your Property was born out of the need for real estate investors to have a central location for all their communication operating needs. The platform was built from the ground up by Redding Designs’ development team, under the advisement of Real Estate Rat Pack members Matt McKeever and Adam Martin and a robust Power Team of real estate investors and professionals. This marriage of software development and real estate investing knowledge is what the platform is founded on. The mission of this company is to centralize communications and operating procedures for real estate investors, making daily operations easier and less time consuming. We seek to provide the most user friendly solutions in our development, and provide our users with the most valuable features for their money. We will achieve this by actively listening to our customers and implementing their feedback directly into fully functional features that will create the best user experience and maximize their effectiveness as investors. The vision of Control Your Property is to leverage the scalable nature of software to create a community based platform where investors new and experienced can go to stay current with changing laws, rules, and best practices across North America.
