Controlabill

Controlabill is a cloud based application enabling biller’s customers to establish, modify, suspend or cancel direct debit authorities in less than 60 seconds. Controlabill simplifies the direct debit authority process for billers and their customers. Most companies we speak to still have paper based processes costing more than $20 on a fully absorbed basis and taking weeks in end-to-end processing. Even companies already with some online capability still have multiple channel specific processes driving inefficiency and limiting take-up of their online option. Controlabill has developed an innovative and patent-protected App for establishing and modifying Direct Debit Authorities that can be implemented in a matter of weeks and will sit comfortably alongside existing systems and infrastructure. Our App is fully brandable and available to customers on PC's, Tablets and Smartphones.
