We are freelancers who have gained experience as managers, consultants, professionals and / or university teaching. We cooperate in a network to make available the proper skills to support the growth and development of the company. People of our network have developed strong management control competencies as university collaborators, chartered accountants and statutory auditors and/or in company management experience. Thanks to the mix of professional skills we are able to offer customized projects based on real business needs. We move from the knowledge of the competitive scenario and the company organization to define with the entrepreneur and / or the managers what are the objectives to be achieved in order to establish the best operational solution. This allows us to propose a consultancy project based on shared premises and that identifies the outputs to be generated, the resources to be dedicated and the time necessary for its realization. Our projects include periodic joint verification steps that allow us to monitor the progress up to that time and the prospective results. This is a guarantee for the required flexibility to eventually correct the company address planned at the beginning. The consultancy project is also an opportunity to improve the competencies of the organization. To do this we provide our expertise to train the company personnel to develop the knowledge needed to support the future activity. If needed, we are available to act as temporary manager, too.
