Controls Components & Systems was formed in 1991 to provide Original Equipment Manufacturers a method of targeted sales representation to the HVAC & Refrigeration OEM markets. Today we staff 3 offices covering the Midwestern states. With over 80 years+ combined years of sales/management our expertise is in selling mechanical and electrical/electronic components. Controls Components & Systems is “businessmen in sales, not salesmen in business” and is organized and managed accordingly. Sales call conduct, sales call reporting, principal visits, training by principles, internal sales meetings, remuneration, expenses, etc. are documented and reviewed on a timely basis. Our individual approach is personal and professional, with predetermined objectives. We are respected and looked to as long-term participants in the industry we serve. Our team has the know how to initiate new programs, survey markets for new opportunities set up new accounts/territories, negotiate multi-year agreements, and increase profitable sales.
