Our team has over 15 years extensive experience in Manufacturing of Control Valve Components (Trim), Rotating Equipment (Industrial Pump) Components, Mechanical Seal Components and Aerospace Components. Our expertise: New Product Development (Manufacturing) Reverse Engineering CNC Machining of all type of Alloy Steels (Stainless Steel, Inconel, Monel, Colmonoy) Special material (like Alloy 6) depositing and Chrome plating (Composite Manufacturing – Third party facility) Positive Material Identification Test – Third party facility Non-Destructive Testing (Liquid Penetrate Test – In-house facility) Non-Destructive Testing (RT, UT and others – Third party facility) We are specialists in all Turning, Milling and Grinding operations. We are capable of achieving Surface Roughness (Ra) of 16 micro-inches (or) 0.4 micro-meters by CNC Machining and can make serrations of all specifications. We have sound knowledge about the products and components of various Control Valve Manufacturers. We have state-of-the-art Machine Shop comprising two CNC Turning Centers, a Vertical Machining Center, a Digital Read-out Vertical Milling Machine and a Center Lathe at our facility. We are capable of supplying components as bought-out parts. Documentations (Positive Material Identification Testing and Material Certificate) are handled exclusively for bought-out components and the products are easily traceable for material history. State-of-the-art Japan made MITUTOYO Measuring Instruments support our policy of never-compromise-on-quality. We have wide range of measuring instruments for Linear and Cylindrical dimensional parameters. Our staffs are well aware of the paramount importance of Quality.
