Convoluted is an Australian based manufacturer of: Composite Bulk hose; Composite hose assemblies; Flexible metal hose assemblies; Interlocked metal hose also known as Strip wound hose; Bitumen Transfer Hose Assemblies We import and stock: a range of Thermal Protective fire sleeving like Silicone coated aerospace grade fibre glass sleeve; plain fibre glass sleeve; ultra-high temperature silica sleeving; stainless steel braided sleeve and sleeving attachment crimp rings. We have overseas metal casting capabilities in Bronze, Aluminium and Stainless Steel using our own moulds for: Composite hose fittings (Petro-lock and Vapour-Lock); AS2475 threaded hose connections for bituminous materials; Mil specification Camlocks (CT lock); Heavy design industrial BSPT and NPT threaded male hex hose tails (CT hex); and other custom-built items. Convoluted is an endorsed distributor of BEDA-Oxygentechnik lancing equipment and Weinhold WE-ER pressure couplings and steam equipment for Australia and New Zealand. To compliment the oxygen lancing holders, we also supply the oxygen lance pipes in plain mild steel; Calorized lance; Thermic wire filled Lance; and lance igniters.
