Shelby has spent over thirteen years specializing in customer service; Providing the ideal patient experience is truly her passion. After beginning her journey in the dental field as Treatment Coordinator and Office Manager of an orthodontic office, Shelby is now an Align faculty speaker for Invisalign allowing her to speak at orthodontic events across Canada and the United States. Cook Consulting began while Shelby was speaking for Align Technology. During her travels, she would meet many Dentists and Orthodontists who are interested in increasing their sales and those who are looking to improve their digital efforts. Shelby created Cook Consulting to service professionals and develop relationships with colleagues in the industry.
