This is a green focused community. It is going to be a 9 house 5 star Built Green housing development. Along with a 60% open space which is the largest in the area their is a wetland, and a creek in the back. To preserve the water there is going to be an innovative water retention system so there won't be any storm water runoff. We are going to be using Washington made solar panels as soon as they are built. This project target building is 2010 so it is going to be a good one. Also the project's focus on the wetland is to preserve and to improve it so that the humans and animals live in a harmonious area.
