Research,development & innovation have been the hallmarks of Cookme,since inception.What started as fresh,quality whole spices was packaged as powder spices in due time by Krishna Chandra Dutta's worthy successor, Judhisthir Dutta.A step that took the hassles out of cooking,yet which retained the flavours,freshness & aromas.Then the oil based Curry Pastes were introduced.Raw vegetables,fish or poultry were all that was required.
