Handcrafted by artisans using award winning single source Riverina milk Coolamon Cheese is a new and exciting start-up venture in the historic town of Coolamon NSW, located in the heart of the Riverina food bowl. Entering Coolamon Cheese is like entering a world of cheese. Visitors can enjoy cheese tasting and cheese inspired meals, watch cheese being hand crafted and matured, learn the history of cheese and in the coming months take an educational course in cheese making. Founded by renowned Cheese Maker, Barry Lillywhite and his son Anton Green, Coolamon Cheese is a private company limited by shares. Owned mainly by local residents, the company strives to celebrate local produce, local businesses, the community, and the Riverina region as a whole. Cheese production began in June 2016 and our unique hospitality, tourism, and education venue opened in September 2016.
