Coolingcare
CoolingCare machines were created as a result of over six years of research on cleaning and diagnostics of cooling channels in injection molds. The patented channel cleaning methodology was initially developed to counter issues with conformal cooling designs. This type of cooling is characterized by a high complexity of geometry combined with small diameters and requires particular care due high susceptibility to clogging. The uniqueness of the CoolingCare approach lies in a highly dynamic, bidirectional movement of the liquid inside the channel, causing cavitation phenomenon. Rapid formation and implosion of cavitation bubbles increase the cleaning efficiency, allowing for less aggressive cleaning media and shorter cleaning time. This in turn makes the whole process much safer for the tool. The innovative cleaning methodology combined with advanced diagnostics algorithms, allowing users to automate the whole process makes the CoolingCare machines the ultimate tool for mold channels maintenance & diagnostics.
