Coordinates is a specialist consulting firm engaged in transport, energy and tourism domains across their economic, financial and planning areas. At the macro level it contributes to regulatory economics, policy development and sector planning. At the micro level, it possesses capability across the project life cycle, such as in project conceptualisation, demand and planning studies, structuring contract agreements between the Government and private sector, procurement through competitive bidding processes and development and closure of contracts. It possesses strong skills in evaluation of economic and financial viability of a range of infrastructure and social projects, particularly those that involve complex choices and difficult tradeoffs.
