Copper Ashton Developments converts light industrial, retail and other commercial properties, changing and improving the use of those buildings. For example, this may include taking a light industrial building and forming up to ten or more apartments. We improve existing infrastructure without encroaching on the surrounding countryside and use permitted development rights where possible, enabling us to achieve our aims quickly. We work with a team of trusted property professionals, combining our financial skills and vision with their knowledge, qualifications and experience. We also work closely with private investors and are proud to be the custodians of their hard-earned money. We provide them with a competitive return. One of our main objectives is to benefit those in need and we are committed to donating a percentage of our development profits to carefully selected charitable causes. We provide both investors and our chosen charities with regular updates of the projects in which they have an interest. Copper Ashton Properties is our investment company.
