Copper Mountain Broadcasting Radio Group has two stations with distinct formats.Hot Counrty KXCM 96.3 and Mainstream Top 40 KQCM 92.1. The radio stations, located in the Morongo Basin are part of the Victor Valley market and is composed of Yucca Valley, Joshua Tree and Twentynine Palms. Arbitron has designated the southwestern quarter of San Bernardino county as the Victor Valley market, but the Morongo Basin is 66 miles from Victor Valley. The Morongo Basin sits in a basin surrounded by foot mountains with no other TV or radio signals penetrating the geography of the region. Our $1.1 Billion retail sales is a portion of the $5 Billion retail dollars for the entire Victor Valley Market. Any radio buy's placed in Victor Valley DO NOT cover this area due to geography.
